For three out of four Nordic businesses, digitalization means mobile apps, e-services, digital customer experiences, etc. That is, what is called "front-end digitization". According to Radar's report, this means that a majority of businesses lose sight of what is actually digitalization. In Nordic businesses, an average of nine percent of an IT budget is spent on digitization, but a consequence of the strong focus on front-end digitization is the "digital downgrading" - meaning that, as an employee, they feel more "digital" private than you can or may be in your professional life.
